This disclosure text is prepared by DDNA Laboratuvarları Sağlık Ve Bio Teknoloji Hizmetleri Anonim Şirketi, acting as the data controller, to process your personal data within the framework of Article 10 of the Law on Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles for Fulfilling the Disclosure Obligation in order to inform you about the processing purposes, legal reasons, method of collection of your personal data, to whom it can be transferred and your rights within the scope of KVKK.

Your e-mail personal data that you share through the customer satisfaction survey form is processed to conduct customer satisfaction-oriented activities with customer relations and satisfaction management processes regarding our company’s services.

The personal data in question are automatically processed based on the legal reasons stated in Article 5 of the KVKK that “data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the person concerned” and “it is mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation” and will only be shared with the relevant jurisdictions in legal disputes.
