SECURITY CAMERAS DETAILED INFORMATION TEXT
This information text is processed by DNA Laboratories Sağlık Ve Bio Teknoloji Hizmetleri Anonim Şirketi, acting as the data controller, within the framework of Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Disclosure Obligation. It has been prepared to inform you about its purposes, legal reasons, method of collection, to whom it can be transferred and your rights within the scope of KVKK.
In order to ensure the security of our service area, images are recorded through a total of 6 security cameras in the corridors of our laboratories and offices, and the recording process is supervised by the Medical Manager Laboratory Specialist.
Your personal data in question is processed by automatic means based on the legal reason stated in Article 5 of the Law that “data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the relevant person”. In addition, your relevant personal data may be transferred to judicial authorities or relevant law enforcement forces upon request to resolve legal disputes or in accordance with the relevant legislation.
Article 20 of the Constitution states that everyone has the right to be informed about their personal data. In Article 11 of the KVKK, the rights of the personal data owner under the law are listed.
