Dear Employee Candidate;

This information text is processed by DNA Laboratories Sağlık ve Bio Teknoloji Hizmetleri Anonim Şirketi, acting as the data controller, within the framework of Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Disclosure Obligation. It has been prepared to inform you about its purposes, legal reasons, method of collection, to whom it can be transferred and your rights within the scope of KVKK.

We have no absolute control over the information you provide in your resumes you send to us or on the websites that help you reach us. We recommend that you do not share your personal data and sensitive personal data that you do not want us to know with our Company.

Which Personal Data Do We Process?

  • Your name, surname, date and place of birth, gender, marital status, nationality information;
  • Your e-mail address, address, mobile phone number;
  • Information about your health (such as your disability status), if you include it in your CV;
  • Your education status, certificate and diploma information, expertise, foreign language information, information about your abilities, seminar and course information you attended, computer information, exam result information;
  • Your information about your work experience (for example, the sectors you have worked in before, companies, your position, responsibilities, the salary you receive);
  • Your photo;
  • Your driver’s license information;
  • Information about your hobbies;
  • Your salary expectation;
  • Your military service information,
  • Your reference information (name, surname, title, workplace, contact information of the reference person),
  • Other information that you added to your CV voluntarily but that we cannot foresee
  • It is processed in accordance with KVKK.

    Your data in question may be stored at DNA Laboratories Health and Bio Technology Services Joint Stock Company for up to 1 year if your job application is not approved, and for up to 10 years after you leave the workplace if it is approved.

    For what purposes do we process your personal data?

    Your personal data mentioned above is processed for the following purposes for the performance of this Service Agreement regarding the employment service we provide to you:

  • Managing your job application process,
  • Ability to communicate with you,
  • Determining whether you are sufficiently equipped for the position we will offer you,
  • To be able to meet with people who can be referenced about you and to determine whether you are suitable for the job,
  • Determining the position information you want to work for, your wage expectations, whether you can work in other positions, and your start date,
  • Determining whether you can use the vehicle when the need arises to use company vehicles,
  • Determining your age suitability for the position to be offered to you and ensuring compliance with the Regulation on the Procedures and Principles of Employment of Child and Young Workers,
  • To be easily remembered by our human resources department when you come to the interview,
  • Establishing contact with the employee candidate and preparing the personnel file if the employee candidate is accepted for employment,
  • Determining whether you have a situation that may interrupt your employment during the employment contract and Article 1632 of the Military Penal Code. Ability to comply with article 75.
  • Which method do we use and on what legal grounds do we process your personal data?
